Quality intern Job Description
• Bead Checks = Quality Inspection
• Handle damaged materials = Wheel/Tire Disassembly; WMS/ERP use; Maintain defect report
o Disassemble
o Move in WMS
o Move physically
o Tag
o Document/Report
 OSND Manager / Defect Tracking
• RP inventory management = Safety stock management
• OSND inventory management = Defective parts inventory management
• Quality alert creation
• Train/educate production team members
• Actively participate in internal or external root cause investigation
• Gather defect data daily; share information weekly
• Pick top defects to work on or investigate each day
• Continuous improvement projects
o Define problem
o Plan solution
o Test solution / gather data
o Share and store results
• WMS/ERP knowledge/understanding a plus
• Quality control/assurance/inspection experience a plus
• Creation of quality documentation a plus
• Understanding of automotive ISO/IATF a plus
• Understanding of standard Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables a plus

The Production Coordinator oversees manufacturing activities and works with production staff to improve operation efficiencies. The Production Coordinator is responsible for meeting production schedules and ensuring product output is in compliance with all applicable specifications and modifications.
General Responsibilities:
• Manage production efficiencies through proper scheduling of production, manpower and downtime for sanitation and maintenance.
• Responsible for control of budgeted areas such as overtime, waste of raw material and finished goods, yield, efficiency, expense, etc
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining product integrity; practicing highest levels of products in accordance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Responsible for health and safety of the department to establish a safe working culture.
• Establish and manage inventory control management that will monitor and maintain materials; perform cycle counts, perform inventory reconciliation during inventory discrepancy and staging of raw materials, consumables, and supplies.
• Daily review and analysis of production data.
• Recommend solutions and/or initiate actions to further increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce cost.
• Daily walk through of the facility and follow up with corrective actions of issues identified in the inspection.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor’s Preferred)
• Materials management experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS office with intermediate to advanced Excel
• Strong math aptitude to calculate production output and outbound cargo
• Knowledge and experience of MES or WMS preferred.
• Effective interpersonal skills with management team, employees and business partners in a competent, productive manner.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work on feet or sit for long hours
• Must be able to work day or evening production schedules
• Bilingual Korean/English a plus.
