In this role, you will be a key contributor to a versatile team and working directly with leadership. As a startup, our requirements evolve rapidly, and this is reflected in both the individuals we hire and the roles they fill. Your responsibilities would include identification and prioritization of strategic opportunities and translation into an execution plan.
The candidate must be proactive and understand productive while working in alignment with the philosophies, values and strategies of Crocus Energy in a high-growth start-up environment.

• BS degree from an accredited institution in fields related to
position
• 5+ years of experience in operational management or another related field
• Business knowledge in software/high-tech industry, SaaS
platforms, enterprise software, electric utilities or large industry
• Ability to work within a matrix, solve problems and influence

2. Backend software engineer

BACKEND 소프트웨어 엔지니어
▶업무소개
The backend software engineer will be responsible for Crocus
software development objectives, including product design, development, deployment, and all other aspects required to meet company targets.The candidate must be proactive and understand productive while working in alignment with the philosophies, values and strategies of Crocus Energy in a high -growth start-up environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design, develop, test and, document features
• Build robust, scalable, and extensible applications with clean and well-tested code
• Collaborate with product management, designers, and software engineers to quickly deliver quality features into our products
• Participate in discovery and framing to identify customer pain
points and define requirements
• Bring engineering discipline and best practices to design and problem solving
▶자격요건/우대사항
• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering , or related fields
• 2+ years of experience with backend software engineering in Java
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data
structures and algorithms
• Experience with building MVC web applications and REST APIs using Java and Spring/Spring Boot Framework
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing
