The City of Irvine has top tier restaurants but it is no surprise that they have on par dessert locations and cafes that must be tried. There is a reason why people come from different cities waiting up to an hour or even longer in line just to indulge in these delightful treats. The depth of flavors are indescribable as you can only savor the moment that will keep you coming back for more.
